I hope all of you are in good health and doing well and training hard to uphold the linage of Little Nine Heaven Kung Fu or any art you are doing. Those who know me know I feel all style of martial arts are good and there is no one style the is best for everyone.
I am sorry this newsletter is late as I have been very busy. The subject “The Truth” came to me when I heard about Oprah’s speech at USC University. I hope you will enjoy what she said.
